?Flat size refers to the size of the paper before we create the fold of your dreams. Don’t see the size you need? Call/Chat/Email or request a custom quote. We’ll make sure you get the size you need!
?While lots of projects print in full color (CMYK), we understand the beauty of a well designed duotone and the importance of accurate spot colors for brand consistency. If you are printing in spot colors, including the PMS numbers in the notes section would earn you lots of brownie points with our crew.

?Our standard radius is 1/4” and rounding all four corners. If you prefer to round outside the box, just include your preferred radius and comments in the notes section and we’ll see what we can do!
?Tear off with ease. Microperfs are available upon request, and fancy perfs that stop before the end of the sheet require a custom quote.
?Our real life team of experts will look over your file to make sure everything will print beautifully. We can either send you a PDF proof for one last look-see or overnight a hardcopy. In most cases, these hardcopy proofs will be color accurate and trimmed/finished to size.

1. First, we’ll send you a confirmation email and give you a quick rundown of the job’s timeline.

2. Before we print anything you’ll see a proof, which you’ll receive 1 to 2 days after you’ve placed the order.​​​​​​​

3. After you review the proof and give us the thumbs-up, production will begin. The faster you approve, the sooner we print!

4. Once we print your job, we’ll carefully inspect it to make sure everything looks good, then ship or mail it to you on the same day.​​​​​​​

5. We guarantee the quality of our work, and we promise to always be friendly, responsive, fun and fast. Seriously, you’re going to love us.

Can I see a printed proof of my map cards?

Sure! We offer color accurate hard copy proofs for digital, full color jobs. Due to the setup processes involved in offset spot color printing, we cannot provide a color accurate hard copy proof. But we can print a digital proof for you to review your paper choice and layout.

How will my map cards be printed?

We offer both digital and offset printing options. We recommend digital printing for short, full color runs and offset printing for spot color designs. You can even throw a foil stamp (or two) on there!

My map card features a watercolor design. What’s your paper recommendation?

Watercolor designs pair beautifully with felt and eggshell finishes.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

One. We have a wide array of equipment designed to meet all of your needs, from one copy to several thousand.

What types of electronic files can you take?

We support both Mac and PC files, and while we take just about any type of file you can think of, here is a sampling of the most common file types:

Can I e-mail my job to you?

Yes. We gladly accept e-mailed files. Check your email limitations on file size to make sure it doesn’t exceed your limit. Be sure to include contact information in your e-mail so we can reach you if we have any questions. We will respond to your email within 20 minutes during the hours of 8am – 6pm Central Time or the next business day. If for some reason you don’t receive a reply within about 20 minutes, either try resending, send another email, or call us. Why does the color on my proof not match my Pantone color?

Pantone ink colors are achieved by mixing designated inks together (similar to paint). Your proof is printed with a different process using a digital color machine. These proofs are designed to be checked for spelling, information correctness, size and placement; not exact color matching. Color matching can only be done with a Pantone swatch book.

Do you charge extra for rush jobs?

No. We have no extra charges for rush jobs. In order to meet your time deadlines, some jobs may have to be produced using a different process, which could alter the price. We will always inform you of these differences prior to starting your project.
