This Privacy Policy does not replace any written agreement we may have with a business customer, including any print, fulfillment, direct-mail, confidentiality, data-processing, HIPAA/business-associate, or other specialized agreement. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.

• Quote and custom-order information, such as product type, project name, size, paper, coating, color/ink preferences, binding/folding instructions, proofing preferences, due dates, shipping preferences, and special instructions.  

• Uploaded files and customer content, such as artwork, logos, designs, photographs, copy, documents, proofs, templates, print-ready files, and other materials you provide for a project.  

• Direct-mail and recipient information, such as mailing lists, recipient names, postal addresses, variable-data fields, and other information needed to print, address, insert, mail, or fulfill a campaign.  

• Communications, such as messages sent through our contact form, chat, email, phone calls, support tickets, survey responses, reviews, and feedback.  

• Marketing preferences, such as email subscription status, communication preferences, and opt-out requests.  

Information about other people that you provide 

If you provide personal information about other people, such as recipient names and addresses in a mailing list, you represent that you have the right to provide that information to us and that you have given any notice or obtained any consent required by applicable law. Unless expressly authorized, we do not use customer-supplied mailing lists or recipient information for our own marketing.

We use customer files and content to provide requested services, such as quoting, proofing, printing, production, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, shipping, customer support, quality control, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. 

Unless otherwise agreed, we do not claim ownership of your customer content. We may, however, use files or project materials as necessary to provide services and maintain business records. 

Optional testimonial/case-study clause:
We will not publish your name, testimonial, logo, project images, or case study for marketing purposes without your consent or as otherwise permitted by our agreement with you. 

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals who can lawfully place orders for printing and related services. They are not directed to children under 13 or, where applicable, under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
